The GK Fund is a nonprofit social impact fund. Our mission is to close the race and gender wealth gap by supporting minority-owned small businesses and startups, who can face structural barriers and disparities resulting from a lack of access to capital, limited exposure to investors, and scarce resources to invest in marketing or technology.
Our Post Accelerator Fund provides seed capital, access to social networks, and mentorship to cutting-edge minority- and women-owned startups. We've partnered with accelerator programs in multiple states to identify promising startups with minority founders, who receive two years of mentoring and services to help their companies scale and grow to their full potential.

Our Startup Mentors will provide startups with two years of tailored mentorship, specialized programming, and access to investors.
Seed funding will help hire employees, upgrade technology, pay rent, or pay off existing debt.
We provide direct connections to partnering financial institutions who offer individualized small business banking services.
Startups receive a mentor from the Get Konnected Mentor Network, networking opportunities at our annual event, and exposure to investment firms.
